FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Registrations for classes, camps, and lessons are reserved especially for you. We kindly request that cancellations be given at least 48 hours in advance and be sent in a written format to info@violetbooartstudio.com. Cancellations given less than 48 hours in advance will not be issued a refund.

Please let us know via email at least seven days before your scheduled party if you need to cancel. Any party cancellations less than seven days before the scheduled party will receive a 50% refund.

If a class, camp, lesson, or party needs to be cancelled by Violet+Boo Art Studio, a full refund will be given.

If a class, camp, lesson, or party is cancelled by either Violet+Boo Art Studio or the registrant due to Force Majeure or Acts of God the payment shall not be refunded, however, the registrant will be allowed to use the payment for another class, camp, lesson, or party within 1 (one) year after the cancellation.

We love to hear your artistic ideas! If you have an idea, please mention it when you sign up for an arty party or private lesson.
